Digital delivery

Fortrell's Owner’s Map packages contain downloadable digital materials. No physical product is shipped and there is no shipping charge for these packages.

What you receive

• The Owner’s Map Guide: the guide and its included buyer-benefit instructions.
• Agency Access Package: agency contacts and buyer-benefit instructions. The full guide is not included.
• Complete Owner Bundle: the full guide, agency contacts and instructions for the included priority application and commission-negotiation help.

Your download access corresponds to the package selected on your order.

Access your files

After successful payment and order processing, your download link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Open that link to access your purchased files. Save the files to your device for future reading.

PDF files can be read on a phone, tablet or computer with a PDF reader. If your package includes a web link, an internet connection is needed to open it.

Missing email or download problem

Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm the purchase email address. If your download is missing, incomplete or will not open, email support@fortrell.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help you access the materials you purchased.

Buyer benefits

Follow the instructions in your package to request included buyer benefits. Receiving a PDF is separate from submitting an agency application. Any priority decision period begins when the agency receives the completed application, as described in your offer.
