14-day money-back guarantee

Fortrell's Owner’s Map Guide, Agency Access Package and Complete Owner Bundle are digital products covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request your refund within 14 days of purchase. Downloading your files does not remove this guarantee.

Refunds are honored for requests submitted within that period. Requests may be declined only where a refund for the same product has previously been issued to the same customer, or where fraudulent activity is identified. If this is your first refund request for that product and you request it within 14 days, you will receive the refund.

Email support@fortrell.com with your order number and purchase email address, or call +1 (307) 213-7101. The date you send your request determines whether it is within the guarantee period.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. Contact us if you need help checking its status.

Digital access

No physical return is required. Once your purchase is refunded, your license to use the refunded materials ends and download access may be disabled. Please delete any copies of those materials.

Current packages and earlier orders

The three current Owner’s Map packages are separate digital purchases. Buying one does not enroll you in a VIP trial or recurring membership. For an order made under an earlier offer, the refund and cancellation terms accepted when you purchased continue to apply.

Your rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights or your right to raise a payment dispute. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us so we can help identify the order.
